上海金星包裝材料有限公司是1993年成立的中外合資企業(yè)。工廠位于上海青浦工業(yè)園區(qū)，離上海虹橋機(jī)場(虹橋火車站)二十公里。工廠面積近1萬平方米，擁有高度自動化的紙箱制造設(shè)備。 公司一直注重創(chuàng)新與突破，走在了科技創(chuàng)新的前沿，目前具有31項(xiàng)專利，其中發(fā)明的《一種防水紙板》于2017年榮獲上海市優(yōu)秀發(fā)明金獎、以及國際發(fā)明金獎。目前，以紙材料為基礎(chǔ)，以防水、保溫用途為目標(biāo)的研發(fā)成果，在紙包裝行業(yè)中已處于行業(yè)藍(lán)海創(chuàng)新地位。

　　●歷史

　　公司成立于1993年，成立初期就同日本某包裝設(shè)計(jì)公司合作，開發(fā)特殊功能需求紙箱客戶。數(shù)年合作，本公司一只專注包裝設(shè)計(jì)，為客戶紙包裝的安全、成本等方面提供專業(yè)咨詢。1999年，新建廠房8000平方米，成為本地區(qū)最大的紙箱廠。2009年開始，公司專注研究防水紙箱，爭取成為本行業(yè)的專家。

　　●優(yōu)勢

　　2009年自行設(shè)計(jì)了自動化程度較高的浸蠟紙箱流水線，并申請專利。產(chǎn)品先后銷往美國、加拿大、墨西哥、澳大利亞等國。2014年以澳洲客戶為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)了冷凍蝦盒，紙盒材料可連續(xù)浸泡12小時(shí)不開裂。在冷凍40℃情況下，粘接材料不開膠。

　　企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新利潤的同時(shí)，應(yīng)該回報(bào)社會。公司為四川某小學(xué)新建提供捐助。之后還捐贈了學(xué)校電腦室的電腦。在企業(yè)內(nèi)部，捐款建立“員工互助基金”，幫助員工解決個(gè)人生活難題。每逢春節(jié)前夕，看望敬老院的孤老已成為本企業(yè)的一項(xiàng)傳統(tǒng)。

Under the condition of 40 ℃ freezing, the bonding material does not glue.
